READINGS
All readings are delivered exclusively as a pre-recorded video sent as a WeTransfer link directly to your inbox.
CANCELLATIONS
Because your personalised reading is filmed during a dedicated, scheduled block of time, all bookings are final with a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy.
You do not need to be online or present at any specific time to receive your reading. Your completed video will be emailed to you within the dedicated turnaround time, allowing you to review it when you are available.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After you book, check your email (including spam) for a confirmation message from ashleigh@thespiritualsiren.com.au
If you don’t receive this email, please contact us as soon as possible.
TURNAROUND TIME
All readings have a turnaround time of 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Readings are not processed on weekends.
All times follow Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
DELAYS
Occasionally unexpected issues like illness may cause a delay. You agree to discuss any small delays with good faith.
